The fixed back weight allows for the record-setting MOI as it drives mass down and back to increase forgiveness and optimize the center of gravity position, lowering spin and ensuring ball speed preservation across the clubface for added distance.

Carbonfly Wrap Crown

An ultra-lightweight composite crown wraps into the heel and toe sections of the skirt. Weight savings are reallocated to lower the CG, reduce spin and raise MOI for increased ball speed.

Largest Profile

PING’s biggest head profile to date maximizes the USGA-allowable heel-toe and front-back dimensions while staying within the 460cc volume limit. This eye-pleasing shape helps square you to the target and inspires confidence to hit longer, straighter tee shots.

Thinner Face With Spinsistency

The shallower and thinner forged T9S+ titanium face is optimized for more flexing to ensure faster ball speeds and relies on Spinsistency, a variable roll radius innovation, to optimize spin across the entire face for added distance.

Adjust Loft, Lie

Trajectory Tuning 2.0 utilizes a lightweight, aerodynamic hosel sleeve that provides eight positions to customize your trajectory for maximum distance and accuracy.

Powerful Sound

The multi-material head’s sound is less muted and slightly louder than the G430 MAX to give you a sense of even more powerful, satisfying tee shots.

Trajectory Tuning Chart

The lightweight, 8-position hosel enables adjustments for loft (±1.5°) and lie (up to 3° flatter than std.) to further dial in your ball flight for the best results.

To get the most distance from your driver, you must optimize the launch angle and spin rate of the ball by selecting the proper loft and shaft flex for your swing speed. Generally, golfers with slower swing speeds require more-lofted drivers and more-flexible shafts to achieve the proper launch conditions. Conversely, golfers with faster swing speeds generally require lower-lofted drivers and firmer shafts.

PING offers a variety of grip sizes and styles to fit different hand sizes and texture preferences. Since grip size influences your wrist action, and therefore the direction of your shots, it is commonly used by fitters to affect ball flight.

PING colour-coded grips are available in six different diameters, and can be further customized with grip tape according to your needs. Once the neutral grip colour code has been determined based on hand measurements, golfers may consider smaller diameter grips to help control fades and slices, or larger diameter grips to help control draws and hooks.
